The recession and change of diary proved difficult for us, but 14 teams took part.
|
|
|
|
Despite the lower turnout, it was a fine day that most people seemed to enjoy!
|
|
|
|
The high quality raffle prizes generated a lot of interest with ticket sales of £560
|
|
|
Overall profit will be down on last year (around £1800...tbc) but that is
|
|
 |
|
no reflection on the generosity of those players (old and new) that took part.

Despite a very windy day, the players enjoyed a shotgun start round of golf and continued the socialising afterwards with a two course meal and presentation of prizes. There was a winner of the fourth prize Hole in One competition, gaining a set of tailor-made clubs, and supported by donations from local companies and businesses, the raffle generated £560.
